Whitney joined the Lighthouse team in 2025 as a Senior Accounting and HR Specialist, bringing extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, auditing, and client relationship management. In her role, she works closely with clients to provide accounting and human resources support while helping organizations maintain strong financial processes and achieve their goals.
Whitney began her accounting career as an Accounts Payable Analyst in the manufacturing sector before transitioning to an accounting firm, where she gained valuable experience completing audits for both non-profit and for-profit organizations, preparing financial statements, compiling work papers, and managing client relationships. She later served as a Staff Accountant, focusing on monthly financial reporting, and most recently worked as the Finance Director for the City of Kenyon.
With her diverse accounting experience and strong background in financial reporting, auditing, and client service, Whitney brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Lighthouse team. She is passionate about providing dependable support, building strong client relationships, and helping organizations navigate their accounting and human resources needs.
