Shawna joined the Lighthouse team as an HR & Finance Assistant in 2026, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a strong background in customer service, operations, and relationship management. Originally from Florida, Shawna relocated to Las Vegas to attend the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she earned her degree in Hospitality.
Throughout her career, Shawna has developed extensive experience in the hospitality industry, including serving as part of the opening team for the Las Vegas CityCenter campus and ARIA Resort & Casino. Her background has strengthened her skills in communication, organization, operations, and providing exceptional service.
In her role at Lighthouse, Shawna provides support in human resources and finance while applying her strong organizational and service-oriented skills to assist clients and the Lighthouse team. Her extensive professional experience and commitment to supporting others make her a valuable member of the Lighthouse team.
