Katie joined the Lighthouse Strategic Solutions team in 2018 as a Financial Services Specialist, initially supporting Business Solutions clients. Her positivity, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service quickly helped her build strong, trusted relationships with clients. As her role evolved, Katie transitioned into an Accounting & HR Specialist position, where she supported both Business and Parish clients with day-to-day accounting, human resources, and operational needs.
Building on her extensive knowledge and experience in human resources and payroll, Katie became the Director of Payroll and Benefits in the fall of 2023. In this role, she oversees Lighthouse’s payroll and benefits systems, leads new client payroll onboarding, and supports payroll-related initiatives across the organization. Her experience and attention to detail allow her to provide thoughtful, reliable support while ensuring payroll and benefits processes run smoothly for Lighthouse clients.
Katie is a graduate of Dakota County Technical College, where she earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Marketing Communications and Accounting, as well as an Associate’s degree in Business Administration. She is driven by a desire to build positive working relationships and approaches her work with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to the standards and mission of Lighthouse Strategic Solutions.
