Hallie joined the Lighthouse Strategic Solutions team in September 2023 as an Administrative and HR Assistant and has since grown into her current role as an Accounting & HR Specialist. In this position, she works closely with clients to support their human resources and finance needs, helping manage day-to-day responsibilities and providing dependable support to their organizations.
Hallie earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and her Master of Education from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Before joining Lighthouse, she spent six years teaching at the elementary level and held leadership roles throughout her education career. Her background has strengthened her skills in client management, relationship building, organization, and communication, all of which she brings to her work with Lighthouse clients.
Hallie is a positive and hardworking professional who is always eager to learn and take on new challenges. She enjoys building strong relationships with clients and colleagues and brings a thoughtful, organized approach to everything she does.
