Hallie joined the Lighthouse team in September 2023 as an Admin/HR Assistant. In this position, she collaborates with LSS team members to support and manage clients’ human resource responsibilities. She also works with the CEO on operational and administrative duties.
Hallie has her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary and Special Education from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and her Master of Education from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. She taught at the elementary level for six years and held leadership roles during that time. Hallie uses her client management, relationship building and organization skills to contribute to the LSS team.
Hallie is a positive, hardworking employee who is always eager to learn. She is excited to work closely with the LSS team and clients and to help their organizations flourish.
