Janelly joined the Lighthouse team in 2025 as a Financial Analyst, bringing a diverse background in business, operations, and entrepreneurship. In this role, she works closely with clients to provide financial support and analysis while helping organizations make informed decisions and achieve their goals.
Janelly earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Information Systems from Loyola University Chicago, with minors in Economics and Spanish Language and Literature. Her entrepreneurial background and experience as a Director of Operations for a construction company have given her a well-rounded understanding of business operations, leadership, and financial management.
Janelly is passionate about all things business and is excited to apply her experience and education in her role at Lighthouse. She looks forward to supporting parish clients, building strong relationships, and continuing to grow professionally alongside the Lighthouse team.
