Kim joined the Lighthouse team in February 2025 as an HR and Finance Assistant. In this role, she supports payroll, human resources, and finance needs for clients, as well as managing the Lighthouse corporate office and corporate functions.
Kim is originally from southern California and has been living in Minnesota since 2010. With extensive administrative experience, most recently at Carleton College, Kim brings her desire for top-level support to the Lighthouse team.
