Katie joined the Lighthouse team in 2018 as a Financial Services Specialist. Working initially with Business Solutions clients, Katie’s positivity and attention to detail built trusted relationships with her clients. In her role as Sr HR Specialist, Katie works with both Business and Parish clients to support all aspects of human resources, payroll and employee benefits.
Katie is a graduate from Dakota County Technical College with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Marketing Communications and Accounting, as well as an Associate’s degree in Business Administration.
Katie is driven to build positive working relationships while conducting her role parallel to the standards and mission of Lighthouse Strategic Solutions.
