Jill is an experienced professional with proven leadership, project management, financial accountability and operational excellence.  Focus is given to each team member’s strengths, and collaboratively developing successful cultures that strive for continuous improvement.

Jill earned her B.A. degree in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.  She has built her depth and breadth of executive experience and knowledge by growing her career within varying business sectors.  Jill began her career in commercial mortgage banking working with loan closings, construction loan closings, loan servicing and accounting.  She has also worked in nonprofit ministry, administration and finance as well as the manufacturing sector leading with turn-key solutions to cut costs and increase profits.

Jill’s passion is developing successful and collaborative cultures by empowering and encouraging best practices and untapping each team member’s potential.  Her areas of focus include administration, operations, finance and work place safety.
