Hayley joined the Lighthouse team in the summer of 2020. She has a genuine eagerness to learn, gaining expertise in payroll and human resources. She has built herself to be trustworthy, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
Hayley received a B.S. degree in Animal Science and Equine Science with a minor in Agri-business from North Dakota State University. She spent a few years in administrative roles and then ventured into a bookkeeping role. During this time, she earned a Small Business Accounting certificate from Dakota County Technical College. She most recently attended Villanova University to receive her Certificate in Church Management.
Hayley’s experience includes accounts receivable, accounts payable and data analysis, along with the ability to work with a team. She has helped orchestrate successful events of varying sizes and compile informative publications.
